Every employee each year has the opportunity, to enroll in either of the two medical plans provided by Nationwide Medical. Both plans are H.S.A’s however each plan has its own set of benefits. The links below will take you to the benefit summaries for either Kaiser or Health Net. This is a summary of benefits. It does not include all services, limitations or exclusions. Please refer to the Certificate of Insurance for the terms and conditions of coverage.
Health Net H.S.A. 2000 v.s. Kaiser H.S.A 2000
The Kaiser H.S.A. Plan utilizes the Kaiser model of practice and their network of doctors only. These doctors are the same doctors available to every other Kaiser HMO subscriber. You will be able to go to the facility nearest your home to access care.
The Health Net H.S.A plan utilizes the Health Net PPO network of doctors. You can find a list of these doctors at Health Net.com or by clicking on the link to the right.
